BRASÍLIA/DF — “A mundo livre s/a é a banda mais subestimada do Brasil”, elogiou um rapaz, pouco antes de também provavelmente subestimá-la, ao sair antes do fim do show e se adiantar a outro palco onde, hoje (25), dali a pouco o BaianaSystem se apresentaria, na programação do Festival de Inverno Sesc 2026, que o Sesc/DF realiza no Parque da Cidade, na capital federal.

Fred Zeroquatro (voz, guitarra e cavaco) deu várias provas do que afirmou o rapaz, num passeio por diversas fases da carreira da banda, que já conta mais de 30 anos de estrada, isso se contarmos apenas desde a estreia fonográfica, com “Samba esquema noise” (1994).

“Minha mãe não pariu nenhum punk/ no entanto aqui estou eu”, de “Compromisso de morte”, frase que este resenhista usou por certo tempo na assinatura automática do e-mail, no início da vida profissional, antes de aspirante a jornalista, expressão usada, aliás, para o bandleader contar a história de “Computadores fazem arte” e o começo de tudo.

Bem antes da estreia fonográfica, num dos primeiros shows da banda a contar com uma estrutura mais profissional, o técnico de som gravou o show inteiro direto da mesa de som e uma fita K7 começou a circular. “Uma cópia foi parar nas mãos de Francisco França, que viria a ficar conhecido como Chico Science, e ele passou a frequentar nossos ensaios, a gente os dele. E quando ele ouviu essa música ele disse que se um dia gravasse um disco, iria gravá-la”, lembrou Zeroquatro. A primeira gravação de “Computadores fazem arte” é a de “Da lama ao caos” (1994), álbum de estreia de Chico Science & Nação Zumbi.

Ao repertório do show não faltaram pérolas como “Meu esquema”, “Free world s.a.”, “Pastilhas coloridas”, “Mexe mexe”, reveladora da influência de Jorge Benjor, tal qual o título do álbum de estreia da banda, “Terra escura”, samba cuja letra Zeroquatro catou na antipsiquiatria de R. D. Lang, a jocosa “Bolo de ameixa”, parceria com o colega de profissão Xico Sá, letrista bissexto como este resenhista, e “O mistério do samba”, entre outras.

Já no bis, antes de cantar a saideira, anunciou: “vamos terminar mandando o Trump tomar no cu!”. E cantou “Super homem plus”. A música, de “Por pouco” (2000), nunca soou tão atual.

A programação do Festival de Inverno Sesc 2026 continua neste domingo (26), com acesso mediante a doação de um quilo de alimento não perecível.
